  They did great work but charged us double what they quoted. Happy with the performance but wish they would’ve given a more realistic quote so we could’ve priced some other companies. We were happy with the quote but very unhappy with the actual price.

  The lady at the office was extremely rude. My wife and I had called about getting our drain cleaned and they said they would call us. Never got a phone call so we called S and J, which is phenomenal by the way, and gave them our business. Gibbs shows up with out a call to check it out. I called the office and the lady was rude and hung up on me and said we should have called them back. No lady, somebody should have called us back yesterday when we asked about what it would cost. Plus when you are rude to potential customers it really shows your back side! I will never give Gibbs my business and will never recommend them!
