  0 stars is more accurate... GG Garcia was paid to hydrojet all lines within our restaurant. 3 weeks later we had a problem again and he came out again. 3 weeks after that we had a different plumber come in to inspect the line becuase we had a problem again. The professional plumbers from Best Service (different company) said that there is no way these lines were jetted the past few months. When confonted about it over the phone GG Garcia said "Too bad" and just hung up the phone. This makes it obvious that he knew he was not providing the service he was being paid for. This person is a charlatan and just takes people's money. He is the type of technician that I've heard stories about but have had the fortune to never come accross until now - after several years in business and while currently owning 8 resturants and dealing with several local plumbers. He is the type of technician that will just keep creating problems so he can have reasons to come back and charge more - in other words his company is a scam and extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't trust the other reviews on here... 5 reviews? chances are he had his family write them...
