  Juan was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly - honest! His experience showed as he properly diagnosed my sewer problem and resolved it very quickly. I had hired another plumbing company for the same problem in June 2021 and they concluded that the sewer pipe under the sidewalk was collapsed and that the vent hole was plugged with concrete. They recommended replacing the sewer pipe by trenching and tearing up part of the sidewalk with an estimated cost of $8,900.00. This was not the case with George Salet Plumbing. When Juan arrived, the first thing he looked at was the vent hole and said that it was compacted debris (not concrete) which could possibly be broken up and vacuumed out with a shop vac. My son and I got to work on this while he went to set up a camera to inspect the pipe from inside the garage. We were able to remove the debris and unplug the vent hole and Juan made sure that the sewer line was clear in both directions (toward the city main in the street and back towards the house). He also verified that the sewer line was NOT collapsed and that it was in good condition with the camera. It was such a pleasure to watch a professional who really knew what he was doing work his magic! A trusted colleague had referred me to George Salet Plumbing and I am so glad he did! Juan was fantastic and I highly recommend George Salet Plumbing!

  My gas fireplace/stove stopped working. Manufacturer no longer in business. Gas valve for flames malfunctioned. But Ryan knew his stuff. Had a replacement valve on his truck and installed it and that was not easy because of difficult access.
