Todd was fantastic and so patient while trying to find the correct replacement cartridges for faucets that I purchased from them 15 years ago.  I still need to go home and get more information on the other set I need and will work with Todd again.  I use George Morlan's plumbing for everything I need.  The know their business well.

These guys are great!  At 4:30pm I was in a full on panic.  I tried to replace my tub faucet and thought I could reuse the existing shower cartridge.  Didn't work, and I broke it anyways.  I couldn't figure out how to get the new one to fit and I was dreading telling my wife the water would be off until a plumber could come out.  One of the guys at the counter walked me through what I needed to do.  By 6pm the shower was working and my wife is none the wiser.

The good: The water heater repair service is good but they didn't follow up with an invoice or anything that I needed for my records. But they do respond fast. They also have the best selection of plumbing parts around.

The Bad: if you're not a professional plumbing contractor, they tend to talk down to you and oversell you. Needed a new heating element for my water heater. They told me I needed all this other stuff and should consider a new water heater. I asked for the heating element, just sell me that and let it go.

I have always felt that George Morgan plumbing had less than average customer service but today is the worst. My customer was sold a shower valve and trim kit that not only didn't work together but the cartridge that was sold didn't ever fit the valve body. When I took everything back to them they wanted to charge my customer for the correct parts and where very rude to my customer and myself. I lost a day of work because of this and to be told to grab my parts and leave in the end was the poorest customer service I have ever witnessed. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your plumbing needs .

They have things that no other store has in the area. From now on, this will be my first stop when shopping for plumbing parts.

Spot on service today from George Morlan Plumbing. Jason was very knowledgable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem with my water heater and completed the repair in a timely fashion!

This is my second time picking up an order that my husband placed. Both times they were quick and attentive. They have a variety of merchandise.

It's a full service plumbing store but the service wasnt great. I had to look around for what I came in for. No one greeted me or asked if i needed help. There were 2 employees at the back counter, one was assisting a customer and the woman was on the phone. She said i will be right with you. I waited for 7 minutes and finally she offered to help me and said that she had been on hold, so why the delay in service than. The price she tried to charge was extreme and i told her i saw it on their web set for considerably less then she lowered the price sum but still not the price that was on line. Certainly not the way you retain customers in any way. Would have been better off ordering what i needed thru Amazon for sure.

I had the best customer service experience with Jeff. He was super knowledgeable and took the time to get me in contact with customer service to get my shower trim issue resolved. Recommend you visit this place and ask for Jeff.
