I lost water on Wednesday night, called at Gentry at 9am, they were at the house by 3p and gone by 4:30p all finished. Completely satisfied. I would definitely call them first if needed again. I expected the truck would maybe get to me by Monday and was prepared to be without water all weekend. For me to get service the same day was a pleasant surprise. The guys diagnosed and repaired very quickly and had all parts needed on the truck. Thanks Gentry for a job well done.

I had to have a well water test for a real estate closing and Cari at Gentry was amazing. It was short notice and the test had to be done on the fly. Cari made it happen. She was friendly, professional and polite. Communication and follow up were great.
