  Impressed by their responsiveness and carefully considered plan. Each step of the process was smooth, culminating with “we’ll be there Friday, and you’ll be set right before we leave for the day”. They even swept the street afterwards.

  I clogged my kitchen sink putting noodles down the garbage disposal with company coming in a few hours! I called multiple plumbing companies trying to find same day Saturday service. One other company answered but said it wasn’t an emergency and to call back on Monday! General Rooter not only answered my call, the plumber was able to come within an hour to fix my mess! He was fast, friendly, professional and easy to work with. We will definitely use them again in the future!
