  I was having issues with my utility bill being an extra $100 a month after I installed a new water heater. The manufacturer of the water heater uses Gene Love Contracting as their sub contractor. After I contacted Gene Love they informed that their would be no charge to come check my heater because I was under parts and labor warranty. That was untrue. After the plumber said that my heater was fine, he then tried to charge me $80. I called the office about the $80 and was told that I was informed ahead of time about the $80 charge. That is an outright lie. I would never have let them look at the heater if I was told that in advance. Beware !!
