I have used Gator twice now and they have provided excellent service. No misfires or come backs required. My last tech Jordan was polite and professional and made short work of the project. They also give you smaller window of service than a lot of other places. They are willing to keep you posted on the arrival time making it possible to narrow down arrival within an hour. That is a huge bonus for working people. I will definitely continue to use Gator for all my plumbing needs.

Mike did a great job, very knowledgeable and kept project on task. Didn't scratch new faucet and didn't make any mess while replacing our faucet. Made everything under sink nice and neat. We will use them again!

The technicians that came were Carlos and his apprentice, Colton. Both were extremely professional and very determined to find the cause of what we assumed was a major leak, according to my last two water bills. They spent a lot of time, checking the water lines, the attic and inside the walls and were finally able to determine that it was not a water leak at all, but a faulty pressure relief tank on my hot water heater that continually gave a faulty reading on my water meter. I was extremely impressed with their tenacious attitude not to give up until the problem was solved, as well as their patience and pleasant demeanor. I'd also like to mention that I called the company after they left with a question and a gentleman named Matt was extremely helpful and very pleasant as well. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would happily recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber! Many thanks to Gator Drain and Plumbing!
