  We had been searching on line for weeks for an air compressor base. We ordered one that was not packaged at all thru Walmart, and it was damaged beyond use and very badly put together. We ordered a plastic one from Lowes, and it was delivered without a very important part (to keep it from sinking). Called here, and in a few minutes they put aside 2 options about $40 each (one was similar to the one returned to Lowes - which was priced at $76 and had the missing parts). We took a slightly different plastic one and am very happy with the result. We had spent hours over 2 weeks online and returning bad choices. First call to a live store and we are done ! PS - as for the review on trying to return a used toilet seat - be a man (I mean lady) and fess up !

  I would not buy anything from here and I also suggest not anyone else to I had very bad experience I bought a toilet seat which was not Installed they said it was and they won’t believe me and I did business with them before for a good amount And when I said I won’t do any more business with them they said I don’t care if you do business with us or not They are careless of their customers

I am deeply sorry for the current frustration you are experiencing in regards to the returned bidet toilet seats. In an effort to protect all of our customers, we have policies and procedures in place for all returned toilet seats. Per these policies, all returned product that are subject to bodily fluids, such as toilet seats, are inspected to verify the condition of the product, and if the product is confirmed to have been used, we are unable to accept the return. We are able to provide pictures of the inspection if needed. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and hope we will be able to continue to serve you and your needs in the future.
