  Courteous and knowledgeable service! The employees arrived in a timely manner, kept us informed about work progress And even took a video of the completed work! My wife and I would recommend Gary Willis plumbing!

  Wow I hate I stripped that screw on my outdoor faucet. $175 dollars for new faucet and five minutes of work. Best believe they won’t be coming back to this yard.

  They were hired to change a moen shower head and lever to a more complex rain shower head with a handheld wand and new lever. They installed it in the estimated time. It was installed slightly crooked however the biggest issue is that their employees took my brushed nickel moen shower head and lever. It was verbally reported then reported via email twice. The only response was to say that the employee does not work there any longer and there has been no reply to a refund for the cost of the moen. I planned to install the old shower head at my vacation home. I am taking time to write this review plus I will report the incident to the BBB and Angie’s list. They have no right to remove equipment without a customer’s consent.
