  I just called the office to see about having a commercial property serviced. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, and would not let me finish explaining my reason for calling. When i introduced myself she said in a very unprofessional tone "I don't know who you are or what you want". When i went to explain to her where i was calling from, and that i was requesting commercial service, she again said "I don't know who you are". I work for a facility maintenance company, and we contract vendors all over the country for service work, never have i been spoken to in such an unprofessional manner.
