  I contacted Garrison Plumbing because I had a major leak coming through my living room ceiling from my master bathroom and my husband was out of town. I spoke with the owner, Larry and he understood my concern and was out the same day to get my situation under control. What a wonderful company. Very professional and I was extremely satisfied with their services. I highly recommend this company.

  One star only because i cant give zero. Larry is a terrible plumber. his work is sloppy, does not follow up, has no respect for the clients personal property while working. He has a helper who is just as bad if not worse. Some specific examples--damaged our brand new wood floors while connecting a gas range. Damaged our very expensive countertops when installing the range. Connected a new kitchen sink-does not drain properly because the air gap is too low. The air gap is too low because the first time it was installed it interfered with the soap dispenser. They actually left it so the soap reservoir was not properly connected, corrected somewhat but now the air gap is too low. Numerous times while working on our project they had to turn the main supply on and off. When turning back on the valve would leak. Never bothered to check their work, only corrected when i pointed it out. Installed a tankless hot water heater but left the vent pipes exposed to the elements during the rough in process so rain and snow would enter the house unobstructed. Larry recommended removing the old hot water heater so bacteria would not accumulate . I requested that be done 5 months ago...he was checking his schedule. I guess he is still checking. I needed a rough in valve for a shower he was installing but when i needed a part ASAP he couldn't recommend a place to get it. What kind of experienced plumber can't tell you where to get a part. I'm still finding rags and sandpaper up in the floor joists where he did work. Again no quality control. Failed a plumbing inspection because he did not have the propane trunk line properly grounded. Careless and clueless. I have plenty of pictures to verify my statements. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with this company, I'm sure there are plenty of other well qualified, better skilled plumbers out there.

  Larry has been a plumber that we have used on many of our jobs. He is amazing! Great work and very professional. Couldn't be happier with his services!!!
