  We had this company to unclog a kitchen drain. We were told they would charge $100/hr and stay until clean. After 2 hours we were told they did not have a snake long enough for our drain and tried to charge for 3 hours of service. The man who owned the company was very rude to me. They told me they checked the trap but when I went out after they left the door was frozen shut, they never opened it. Probably fine for a quick fix, but don’t expect them to try very hard.

  I couldn’t ask more of a company. This family owned business is knowledgeable, professional, timely and personable with very fair prices. We had a wonderful experience and Paul even showed me how to preventatively clean out my own drains. Highly recommend!
