Very bad customer service from top to bottom. In particular Paul was horrible. The manager Brandon was just as useless. Never got the call back that was promised. This store acts like they're the only lumber yard in the area. If you're not a major contractor expect horrible service. My order was only $3800 so apparently that's small enough that they don't care if they loose my business. Lesson learned thanks Ganahl!

Don’t waste your time trying to give this business your money. After walking around 15 minutes and even grabbed a shopping cart ready to load up not a single person acknowledged me or asked me if I wanted some help. Purchased $1000 worth of merchandise elsewhere.
