  Submitted form and copy of driver license with correct address on it for the homestead exception, received a file receipt for it. Weeks later received a letter in the mail saying they needed a copy of the title, Sent my mom in to give them a copy of the title, The representative then said they would need a copy of my drivers license (already turned it in) and that the last day to file would be in OCTOBER (APRIL IS THE LAST DAY, A REPRESENTATIVE SHOULD NOT BE GIVING OUT BAD INFORMATION) . I later called and asked why they needed information I already turned in, the representative then said they did not have ANYTHING not a form, not a title, not a DL. NOTHING. She then told me to submit everything again. Now I have to miss a day of work because these people do not do their job correctly. Something needs to be done about this terribly ran Appraisal District. New Management, or something

  I went and did what they said to do ,and found out that I was descrimeinated against. Wow I thought, didn't know that .
