  Bought a home that had a geo-thermal put in in 2015. Well, it quit working and they came out here and worked on it in Aug of 2017. It didn't fix it and charged us $215. Was told they will order the part and get back with us next week. Mind you I have a 7 month pregnant wife and 3 small children. I had to call 4 times in a weeks time to finally get an answer. Said we needed an indoor coil and said they couldn't get it because they don't like working with Bousch. And told me to find someone else. Well thanks for installing a system that is only 2 years old and not being able to fix it because whatever kind of idiocracy you people have in your company. Maybe be better at your profession and not install stuff you cannot or will not fix even though under warranty. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. AVOID THE HEADACHE.

  My experiences with Gagel have not been good at all. I'm able to get people to come out but they don't call when they are coming and they don't call back when they say they will. The communication is terrible! I would never use them again.
