  Gabriel, the owner was so nice. He tested our Backflow Prevention Assemblies as requested by our local water authority. The price was pretty reasonable compared to other companies. I would highly recommend this company.

  Gabriel just tested the Backflow Preventer for my irrigation system. From the time I called him to set up an appointment he was customer focused. He called me 30 minutes before arrival and this was on Labour Day. The test was done and he uploaded the results to SAWS and talked me though the process. Great service. Will most definitely recommend using his services.

  My Backflow inspection failed and had to have something’s replaced. For a whole week I called over a dozen companies, businesses and could not find anyone to call me back or come out and fix . I got in touch with some other company and told me they would come out on a certain day and time frame and to my surprise they didn’t come. So on Columbus Day (Monday) I started my search again . That’s when I came across G.M.R. I almost fell off my chair when he answered and then even more so when he said he could come that same day !!! Less than an hour or so from my initial contact with him on the phone , he was at my front door! He came looked at the unit that needed repairs, called immediately to see if the parts were available. Good news was that they were in stock. He had two other prior commitments and told me he would more than likely be able to come back out later that day and fix it. Immediately I agreed and he was true to his words. He came back and fixed my unit. He was professional, honest, and didn’t feel like he was trying to over charge me like many other companies would have. My experience trying to find someone to fix was beyond stressful and gave me a headache but Gabriel G.M.R buisness really came to my rescue. Thankyou for answering the call (cause most places don’t) being true to your words (coming to my house when he said he would cause many others don’t ) and for the incredible fast service!! Highly recommend this buisness!!!! Thankyou Gabriel!! I can’t express that enough . Thankyou.
