  I used GJ Adams for a Saturday morning service call and was very pleased with the work. He was extremely well prepared, on time, responsive and tried everything he could as "Plan A" before shifting to the more involved "Plan B", aware that I did not want to pay for a lot of OT rate. He took care of the stubborn kitchen clog problem as efficient as possible and was knowledgeable about maintenance products- best part was he shared that knowledge too! I will not hesitate to call again if I have a plumbing issue- highly recommend him!

  Our sump pump failed and Gary did a great job with the replacement. He was helpful, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
