We had called another company and left messages three times with no response, and found G.I. Plumbing through Google as an alternative. Our call was immediately answered by an extremely kind person and we were informed that someone would be on site within two hours. About half an hour before their arrival, I received a text message with a photo and brief bio of Mike. I really appreciated this for a number of reasons, one of them being comfort and safety in knowing who I should expect to see. Mike arrived on time, with a mask on (also appreciated), and was extremely pleasant and clearly an expert. He inspected our drain in the kitchen, and followed the plumbing to the basement. After carefully inspecting everything, Mike was very clear about our solutions and what the costs of those solutions would be—which was significantly less than I was expecting to pay. After agreeing to the solution, Mike got to work. He ran into a problem along the way but came up with a quick solution, and resolved our situation entirely. I appreciated that he cleaned the area afterward and made notes of potential future projects I brought up without pushing any additional work or "sales." It was a fantastic experience, and a refreshing one. Mike was highly personable and skilled. We're happy to be part of the G.I. family now, and know we can rely on them for future projects.

GI Plumbing did a great job! Scheduling was quick and easy and everyone I spoke to was courteous and helpful. The price was reasonable and the work was done well. My basement was cleaner after Joe left than before he got there! I highly recommend this company!

I have never had to call a plumber in this area before, and GI Plumbing was very highly rated so I thought it would be worth a try. We wanted a sink installed and shower trim updated, and Joe F handled both quickly, carefully, and was extremely professional throughout the process. After using their services, I would not hesitate to use GI Plumbing again for whatever plumbing need I may have.
