  Avoid this plumber if possible. Home warranty sent us to him-- didn't bother to investigate our tank when making house call (was on site for less than 60 seconds), 3+ days unresponsive to home warranty company, incorrectly described our situation to warranty company, closed our trouble ticket without resolving our leaky hot water heater. Look for other options.

  Same as Bruce says below. They respond to warranty calls. Don't use them. Did not provide any service or even attempt to inspect the issues and then closed the claim.
