G.F. Bowman sent technician Earl Gill out to install a new water heater at my house due to my previous water heater dying, 😕. He was very informational. He went above and beyond helping to assist me. He had a very pleasant personality where you felt comfortable with him being there even in a pandemic! Thank you for having great customer service and completing an awesome water heater installation job!

We had a wonderful experience with the guys installing our new heat pump. We have a Golden Retriever puppy..16 months old..who would not leave them alone ...but they were so patient with her & she actually calmed by the end of the week. They worked hard & cleaned up after themselves....they were just so nice to have in our home. We always have a good experience with Bowman. Thank you.

I love how they send you a photo and a short bio of the technician that will be knocking on your door. Matt L was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Since it was a rainy day, he came prepared with booties to go over his wet shoes. He showed me what needed repaired and after doing the work, showed me the new parts and the work done. He also installed a valve with a better version that is much easier to manipulate without my asking. Which was good, because I would never have thought to replace that crank version. I will have both Matt & G F Bowman return when I need more plumbing work.
