Richard did an excellent job on fixing the heating unit upstairs at my home. The new unit was installed around Oct last year, and the gas line was shut off during the installation process and never was turned back on. Richard was able to come in, pinpoint the issue right away. It was a very quick service call from the manager Omar as well. Thank you both so much!  Keep up with the excellent work!

George Martin arrived on time, handed me the Frymire card as well as introducing himself and then put on protective shoe coverings before starting. He checked over the indoor and outdoor units very thoroughly taking his time on everything! That part all homeowners appreciates. He took time to recommend an additional program we might want to think about later on.

Requested a coil cleaning service because this was recommended by the technician from the previous visit.  When service was complete during current visit there was no coil cleaning completed and a simple AC tune up was only done.  Either the technician did not read the service report or there is a problem with communication from the web services to the technicians.  In his credit the servicer did offer to stay behind after he realized the mistake but there was no time available to restart this process.

Repaired main sewer line at condo. Very responsive service, especially for a Saturday afternoon. They showed up within 1 hour. Great service, responsive, and great follow-up. I would highly recommend Frymire and will use them again in the future. I have used them in the past and had the same great service and experience.

George Martin did my HVAC spring/ summer maintenance check this week. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained some things I was not aware of , noted details about my system that had not been recorded by any previous tech in their records and which is important for the techs to have and know on each visit to do the check properly. The plumber "Angel" with Frymire responded to an SOS from our tenant, on a Sunday evening. In the rain after dark, he climbed up on the roof and ran a camera test to check the pipes under the home.  He was careful to explain everything to the tenant and to us, and could not have been more polite and professional than he was.  We are very impressed, we trust him, and we believe his service was totally top notch. We are having them replace all the cast iron pipes under the home, and intend to recommend Angel with Frymire to all of our real estate clients!
