  Repairman, Steve arrived on time, provided estimate of hourly rate and brainstormed potential solution. We have older house so plumbing was old and dated. Had to cut PVC pipe to enable snake to reach end destination which turned out to be frozen trap. Fixed in reasonable time. Steve was pleasant to work with.

  Thank you for your speedy, clean and professional service. I had a water heater age out, with water leaking all over my basement. Between walking through steps to take over the phone to minimize the damage and getting a brand new tank ordered and replaced, took less than 24 hours. I highly recommend and would use again without question.

  I was unsuccessful at attempting to repair the bathtub faucet that wouldn't shut off. I called them a few times to confirm details before I made the appointment and they fit me in. The guy that replaced the cartridge was more than professional and gave tips instead of criticism on my failed repair. They even cleaned out all the built up sediment that had caused the failed part. Now the handle turns so easy my 18 month old now can turn it on (and make a mess with the water). I'm debating on having them replace the two other shower cartridges in my house as they have not failed, but don't operate that smoothly. All in all, they did a fantastic job and I would use them again for other plumbing repairs.
