  HORRIBLE!! Beware! I would not recommend. They treat people like garbage and they are not professional. They drag out their assignments, damage property and avoid replacing damaged property dragging on concerns for months and months. They skip replacing what they think they can get away with- poorly installation overall-Worst experience of my LIFE! Not to mention all the nails and garbage from construction all over the property that is overall harmful to everyone. I honestly wondered if they just hired people off the street or right out of jail. It appears that you can find past law suites online so this is an ongoing issue with this company...

  Frerichs has done multiple apartment rehabilitation projects for us over the past 3 years, all with excellent results. They are organized, responsive, respectful and reliable. It's always a relief to have them on a project because they have positive attitudes and achieve high quality results with little oversight. Highly recommend these guys!

  My company has used Frerichs on many new commercial construction and renovation projects over the last few years. Every project has been on-budget, on-time and of the highest quality. They drive their high standards from the superintendent down to the sub of the sub sweeping up at the end of each day. They are a valued voice during design to provide pricing and constructability feedback. I trust Frerichs with my most complicated, riskiest projects. Minnesota is lucky to have a number of really good commercial contractors, and Frerichs is one of the very best in my opinion.
