  First off, these guys did a great job on the installation, they were just super slow. We had a new house built and it took way longer than it should have mostly due to waiting on these guys to come and complete the rough-in. I realize that COVID is partly to blame but one thing I cannot stand is when a contractor, or anyone for that matter, tells me that they will do something by a certain time and then they are consistently late. The latest issue I've had is that after having lived in the new house for several months I am still trying to get them out here to fix a damper that whistles when the heat is on. I tried to call Rene without any success. He finally called me back after I talked to the general contractor and he asked him to take care of it. He set an appointment with me and said that he would be here either on Friday or the following Monday. Here it is a week later and he hasn't even tried to contact me to reschedule or let me know what happened. I really think they have done a great job but if you decide to use them, just know that they aren't reliable and that it may take you an extra long time to get them to finish the job.

  This company is the best!! Very friendly and professional.. They asked questions before they started, kept me inform throughout the whole process, worked late nights to finish ahead of schedule. Brandon was my main contact on my home contruction and he was awesome to work with and I'm super impressed with him and the pride and craftsmanship of the crew...
