When a company makes good on a guarantee without giving the customer a hassle is when you can say the company is truly good. Freedom Air and Plumbing installed a water heater at my house and after a few month it needed service. They came back and, fixed it and realized that the way it was installed was difficult to service in the future. They came back again and reinstalled the tank with all new lines to ensure any future service calls would be easy to do. GREAT SERVICE guys and THANK YOU!!!

I have now used Freedom Air and Plumbing a few times. In fact I now have a service membership with them. They are so professional from the people you talk to on the phone setting your appointment to calling with updates on when your tech will be here. To the tech, I have had Lee the last couple of times and he is wonderful. Polite, explains everything in detail and his work is impeccable. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

The entire process was so efficient. Scheduling was super easy using their website. Then they called me the day before to reconfirm the the appointment. The day of the appointment, they called to let me Know the service technician was on the way, and even sent me details of Joe (including his picture). Joe arrived promptly and explained the entire process to me and he quickly diagnosed my issue. He had my heater up and running quickly, just in time for a cold snap here in Brevard County! He was super professional and friendly. Thank you Freedom Air and Plumbing and thank you Joe! I will definitely use again and refer my friends!
