  My Air Conditioner went out after hours and I contacted Frederick Heating and Air as I have used them in the past. They responded and diagnoised that the system had froze and gave me the options. I decided to just upgrade. Next morning was contacted and the representative was professional and was already informed of the situation. Later in the day measurements were taken. Next morning they began install of the new heating and air conditioner. The employees were respectful of my residence by laying down work tarp in the area they were walking and working in. The work was completed in a timely manner and looked better than it was before. Thank you Frederick Heating and Air for being professional and helping out in a very timely manner.

  Had Chris and his crew install a hot water heater for my in-laws. I have had service calls and a new AC/Heater installed also in the past. Chris is the only heating/air/plumbing provider I will ever go to. They are the best.

  Frederick is an excellent company. All representatives were a pleasure to deal with, from the office manager to the estimator to the crew chief to the installers Lupe and Steve. They responded quickly to our needs -- our whole house ac unit needed replacement -- and finished the job ahead of schedule and in one day. We are sitting in air conditioner bliss right now because of the phenomenal job by the entire team at Frederick. We are very happy with our new equipment and the professional installation. The attention to detail by Lupe and Steve is outstanding. The sheet metal work was like an artist creating his masterpiece. It is that good. Thank you Team Frederick.
