  My Furnace stopped working Christmas Day and I was able to get a Service technician to come out the next day which was a Sunday and not being a Customer. The service technician was able to get my Furnace running, which is 40 years old with parts on the truck. He did a Excellent job Upgrading the controlling relay to a newer model relay. Very happy with the work and Securing a appointment for emergency repair

  Collis just installed a furnace and water heater for me. They were great !!!!! The installers were so respectful and courteous. They explained every step to me .. showed me how to work the thermostat and explained how the system worked. Then they cleaned up so well I would never know they had been there except for the brand new equipment in my basement !!! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to have top quality work done in their house

  I called and got the answering service my information and was told someone would contact me. Within 15 minutes received a call from Tim (dispatcher). He informed me that he would try get a service tech but bring it was New Year Holiday ask if it could wait til Monday when there would be a full staff. I said that would be fine. Five minutes later Tim called me back and said he had a service tech available. Within 15 minutes the service tech Mark Shaffer arrived. Mark found the problem with my furnace and got the furnace working properly. Mark made sure it was working properly before he left. Great Service from a Great Company.
