  I called Fraser and Greg took down my info saying he'd be out within an hour or hour and a half. He came within the hour to fix a clogged kitchen sink. It took him like 25 minutes and it's good as new. I appreciated Greg's quiet and straight to the point demeanor. He didn't leave a message and his price was also very reasonable. We will definitely call them next time we need a plumbing service.

  I called them up about a year ago to install one of those Pelican whole house water filter/softeners and I can safely say these guys do the job right the first time! They were able to schedule the installation within a week of coming out to do an estimate, which itself was one a day or two after I called, got the whole job done in a reasonable amount of time and pretty close to the original estimate (stuff happens underneath old houses with old pipes and then suddenly you need a new section of pipe; it is what it is). No problems with the filter since and, if I have the need in the future, I'll definitely call them up again. Plus they are locally owned! Love supporting neighbors!
