  After lots of research and reaching out to other companies I came across Fras-Air and was impressed with the reviews and decided to give them a call even though they’re not local and that was the best decision I made. They made the process so easy and was hassle free from the get go. Adam the sales manager was very knowledgeable, patient and professional and went over all of my options after fully understanding my needs and recommended a few options until we found the right one. The estimate was done the very next day and they immediately started working on getting all the permits done so I literally did not have to do ANYTHING. I was sent an amazing crew (Frank, Jorge, Gaber and Julio) who did An awesome job and went above and beyond to get the job done in the most professional , efficient and cleanest way. I couldn’t be happier with results and would definitely recommend them.

  We had an install and the customer service team was exceptional. Most recently, their tech Chris came out to service our system and help us better understand the functionality of our new unit. Chris was tremendous — I don’t know if you can request techs, but I plan to ask for Chris next time :) He explained everything in a way that was informative and accessible, and made the setting tweaks we needed to get the most out of our system. Knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled, he was a delight to work with.
