  Bob is a lifesaver. My elderly mother had a leak at the outside spigot of her home – open air crawl space under the house. I reached out several times to a different local plumber who was recommended to us by one of my mother’s neighbors. After 4 unanswered calls and a few texts messages I gave up. I decided to call Bob instead who I saw had some good reviews on-line. Bob literally returned my call in 10 minutes and asked me relevant questions about the problem, the urgency and to figure out a best time to schedule a visit. The next day Bob was at Mom's house Bob where he noticed that the leak was more extensive than I had thought and he quickly called to walk me through the repair process. Bob sent me pictures from inside the flooded crawl space and clearly explained what would be needed, the costs, and when he could do the work. Within a few days, the leak was fixed, damaged piping was replaced, hangers properly replaced, etc. and all was safe and sound for her. Excellent customer service and workmanship at a reasonable price. That's what Bob delivered. Thanks again Bob.

  Franklin Family Plumbing is quick to respond and will show up as promised. Bob is pleasant to deal with and his rates are reasonable. He seems genuinely interested in fixing your plumbing issue rather than looking to make a profit. Bob is upfront about his quotes and does what he can to stay in your budget. It's great to have finally found a reliable plumber!

  Out of several calls Bob was the first to answer right away and was very responsive to questions and our needs. He gave us a very competitive price to install our gas water heater and came early the very next morning as promised. He was very friendly with our entire family including animals making a very comfortable experience which meets our expectations in our home. Great service overall and we would recommend Bob and company to anyone in the future and we definitely found our guy for any future needs. Thank you Bob
