  Had an okay experience with Fox Creek, Carl our technician was wonderful and got the AC up and running in an efficient timeframe. However, I'm disappointed in the communication of pricing after receiving our invoice. We were charged both labor for the initial visit to diagnose the issue, as well as a $95 service charge. The service charge was never mentioned to us when we initially called Fox Creek, nor when Carl came, nor is it mentioned anywhere on their website. This took us completely off guard. I would expect to either pay a service charge or pay for the labor on the initial visit, but not both. Additionally, most companies I've worked with that charge a service charge, deduct that service charge when they do they actual fix. Will recommend in the future, but hope there is more visibility about charges upfront.

  Fox Creek Heating saved us on a cold winter day because our boiler was down. It is essential to our business and they were able to do a same day service to get us up and running. Their technicians are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Pricing is reasonable and their work was above expectations.

  First, let me state this is not a planted review but an actual customer. We can't be more happy with Fox Creek and their excellent service they gave us. We have a vacation home in Driggs that had an issue that needed to be taken care of and we were in Utah at the time. Jeff went to the home (more than once) and did an assessment and then discussed several options to solve the problem. In the end his suggestions and solutions were exactly what we needed and the installation of equipment was done top notch professional. If that was not enough Jeff and his crew identified other problems we had and gave and pointed me in the right direction to get them fixed. His attention to detail and concern for our home was over the top. It seems hard these days to find people that can give this type of customer service. I haven't used anyone else in the valley for this type of work but I can tell you that I don't need to. I will definitely use Fox Creek again for this type of work. Thank you Jeff and crew!
