  We called first on February 24th and were told they were a week behind but they could recommend someone else (who did wonderful however can’t pump septic tanks). We were told on Thursday the 25th that someone would be in touch from this company to come pump our tanks. When we hadn’t heard from anyone on Monday we called and were told they could come Wednesday or Thursday the 3rd and 4th. We waited all day Wednesday and called back to be told for sure Thursday they would come. Thursday came and went without word from them so again I gave them a few days to call us as promised and on Monday the 8th we called back and were told we were on the list for Tuesday. We told them no one had called us and that we are unavailable on Tuesday but would be here Wednesday. Called this morning to make sure and were told they would be here this afternoon. At 4:45pm we called to check because it was getting late and were told they once again are not coming. No explanation at all as to why the didn’t call us to let us know. Worst service ever like others stated.

  Twice now I've needed their service and both times they tell me it will be tomorrow , four days later , after I call them back several times they came and unclogged my drains , kinda . It worked fine for a week or so then it's back to slow draining . It's now a month later and I called them Tuesday, it's Friday .... the guy has been telling me that he'll be here tomorrow, it FRIDAY !!! Now they're telling me it will be " ONR DAY NEXT WEEK " !! GEEZ , guys , just tell the truth ! No liar will enter into the Kingdom of God, the Bible says . Maybe he doesn't know that verse yet .???? Maybe he should learn it . AND , plumbing !

  Came out, supposedly fixed my elderly mother's plumbing problem with the hallway toilet. And she states that it started backing back up again only 45 minutes after the guy left, who told her before leaving that it was unclogged and fixed. She called the office and let them know, but no one bothered to come back out to repair it for her she told me, but HEY... they DID manage to find the time to bill her for it. So yeah. Not a fan.
