Shane and Steve were very responsive. I had a backup well for my house that had been out of service for years, and I wanted it to function again. Steve diagnosed the problem and Shane coordinated a team to repair the well pump. They were very flexible, particularly given the heavy snow and winter weather that occurred at about the same time.

I still had water, but it was taking my well pump forever to build pressure. I'd already had another plumber try to replace it but they said the pump was stuck and they didn't have the necessary equipment to even attempt to pull it. I should've called Foster in the first place. Shane came out around 36 hours after I called and had my extremely stuck, 380 foot deep well pump replaced and working in less than an hour and a half and at an INCREDIBLY reasonable price.

Finding a well company to service a rental from out of state was a problem until I called Foster Well &Pump. Debbie was able to work with me and we got our well fixed. Our rental has a family in it and everything is going great.
