  Absolutely destroyed my yard. Turned a 375ft drain field into a 1500ft disaster. I gave the owner, Ronnie, a week to come out and take a look and repair all of the ruts. He assured me he would. He never showed. Now he won’t call back.

  Was scheduled to have septic pump had a appt for today before lunch 11:30 am not contact. Called to get info they said they would contact driver and have then call me. 1½ hrs later still not phone call. Called then back the lady said she messaged they driver but he never called me

  We have used Ford's septic tank service twice in the past couple of months. The first time was to have my mother in law's pumped. The second was to have ours pumped about a month later. Both times were a great experience. Fast and friendly crew. Very reasonably priced and the don't try to make you pay for anything you don't need.
