  It was about 1:30 on a sunny afternoon when we discovered we had NO water because of a hole in a well pipe! After phoning three different services requesting help Sydney answered at Forbes Plumbing and Septic! Not only was she polite and knowledgeable she requested photos of what the problem was so the plumber would know what part to pick up before arriving. She could only promise first thing tomorrow morning, but said she would try her best to get someone out to us today. Sydney came thru for us! At 4:18 Brian phoned to confirm the size of the fitting and to tell us he would be out within the hour. At 5:17 Brian rolled in our driveway part in hand! He was polite , knowledgeable and extremely skilled! Within 30 minutes we had water! We couldn’t be happier with the entire Forbes team. This might of been the first time we used them, but it won’t be the last!

  10/10 would highly recommend. Jessica was great & very responsive. She got Derek out to my house quickly to repair my busted main water pipe. He did an amazing job replacing the pipes & fixing it so I could have my water back. They were both very professional & kind and I will definitely use them again if any other issues come up!

  Called this place over a week in advance to schedule a septic pumping. The put me down for a Monday first thing. Monday came around and they called 30 before the scheduled time and told me they can’t make it they would call me back. To this day , never heard a thing back! Pretty sad customer service, flake of a scheduled day and time and never show up or call back. Will never call this place again or recommend. Owner will say he don’t see I’m in there system. I guess not they flaked on me. If you schedule them good luck to you.
