  This business has terrible customer service. I called 4 times to try to schedule an appointment with no return calls. They did say they were busy, but to not even get a call back is annoying. Finally, someone shows up about a month later unannounced and my father just happens to be on the property. The two techs spent about an hour looking over the water system designed by Fogle and determines that there is no issue. The previous owner had Fogle out to inspect the water system just before I bought the property to address the water pump timer issue also but the issue was not fixed nor identified correctly on either visit. I called and spoke to the manager to complain about non-responsiveness, and 2 visits to my property and the problem was still not fixed. The manager happened to be one of the techs that visited the property and said he had a scheduled appointment on the books. I disagreed and he was very argumentative and rude. He asked me what I wanted and I asked for a discount off of a $346.88 bill because the issue is still not fixed nor was it even identified by the techs. He said no way. I told the manger that I would share my experience with the neighbors and he seemed unconcerned. Perhaps Fogle feels they are the only business in town and they can get away with poor service and rude behavior. My next door neighbor told me about their own recent well issues and they shared their excellent experience with this other company (a competitor) and told me that they were fantastic. In the future, I will be using this other company if we can't fix the problem ourselves! Hello Mr Pehl, it was the Republic office and the invoice number is 41040. There were 2 technicians on the visit Dennis Vitale (manager I spoke with) and Ethan. Ethan called me after the visit and explained the system to me which was very helpful. This was before I knew it still did not work.

  When you need filters, salt, chlorine- republic is all you need. When you need to discuss water treatment- colville. The technology is so much better than growing up- now I can filter, UV kill anything bacterial, and remove hardness, iron, Sulphur smells, etc! Great staff and very helpful in evaluating.

  Fogle Pump and Supply in Pine Grove is near Republic, Washington at the junction of state highway 21 and the Sherman Pass Scenic By-way (highway 20). This is a well-stocked pump and supply store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. If you’re traveling by with camper and in need of parts for plumbing or electrical stop in. If they don’t have the part they will probably know where to get it.
