I had excellent service from this smaller company. I had searched and called many plumbers for estimates and Flowrite came when they said, provided estimates with options and of course, was hired to do the work. When they arrived to install, they were again, on time, respectful and professional. One if the best parts? I didn't have to pay a small fortune to a company that doesn't really care about what work I needed to have done. Supporting small, local business really paid off. Thank you Flowrite!

Custom Coatings & Designs was recommended by Flow Rite for one of their customers. Their customer had a leak in the basement, from a crack in the foundation and another around a water main sleeve. This all happens to be a foundation issue. Instead of Flow Rite making a quick sale, with superficial repairs, like a ton of companies do! Flow Rite had their customer contact a specialized foundation waterproofing and repair company, for a permanent solution on their foundation. This is the company I would use at my house if searching. This company has shown knowledge, integrity, and most of all putting their customer first!

What an amazing company !!! Great Pricing and amazing craftsmanship. The customer service was outstanding. The Plumbers were all very knowledgeable.
