  This company was dispatched for a plumbing problem through our home warrant service. We were given a window between 1 and 5 pm for the plumber's arrival. He arrived at 4:40 and determined he didn't have a snake long enough to reach the clog. This was frustrating because I told the dispatcher that we suspected a main sewer clog and raw sewage was leaking out of the toilet and tub. He was then scheduled to return the next morning between 8 and 12. I received a voicemail at 9 am stating his daughter had a doctor's appointment and he wouldn't be arriving until after noon. 1 pm passed, 2 pm passed, 3 pm passed, and at 3:50 I called the dispatcher to ask when the plumber was coming. She informed me he just left and was on his way. At 5:15, the dispatcher was no longer answering my phone calls. My husband waited until 6 pm before leaving because we can't stay at a house with no plumbing. At 8:15, the plumber texted me informed me he was 15 minutes away! I told him we are an hour and 15 minutes away at my in-laws house! The next morning, they tried to call me to schedule again and I just said no thank you. I will call a reputable plumber who is reliable and professional. I also cancelled my home warranty because contracting out to companies like this is insulting. I'd rather take the money I spend on the warranty and just pay out of pocket if needed.

  American Home Shield assigned them to me. They came the first time and told me to order the parts myself, since it was under warranty. I've called them 20+ times since the parts got here, and they either don't pick up the phone, or sometimes pick up and told me they would come on a certain day. Of course, no one showed up, no one called to cancel and no one called to reschedule. To top it up, they literally call at 6:30am... not what I call "business hours". AHS doesn't seem to see an issue with that either (taking 2+ months to fix a faucet, so I'll also cancel that.

  Our carpet was randomly wet. Contracted out through Cinch and the plumber came, brought his son, and then cut a hole in our laundry room ceiling. Then said he had no idea what it could and told us that someone would contact us abput fixing the hole. No one did and then we I contacted the company they told me to contact cinch bc they dont do drywall. I got ahold of Cinch and then Cinch contacted the company and they told Cinch the same thing. I dont blame Cinch but dont let your workers do things if they will not fix them.
