  A very friendly family owned business. Used them first for a broken main from the street. That went as well as it could. Then I hired them again to install a water heater. They made sure both jobs were done to my satisfaction. I will definitely hire them again.

  I was referred to Flow Rite by a local contractor. I am beyond happy with the quality, professionalism and ability to get out here quickly to fix issues caused by the previous well known plumbing company. Nate was our plumber and he was so knowledgeable and transparent keeping me in the loop as to what he would be doing and giving me options. He had to repair a crimped copper pipe, replace a leaky toilet valve and he reseated the toilet properly with a new wax ring due to the previous plumber doing it incorrectly. He cleaned every area he worked in and even with my frustration he was able to diffuse my distrust from the experience prior. So if you read any review on this thread or want to make the correct decision in hiring a qualified, efficient and kind plumbing company then please take my words to heart. We have only been in Portland for a few months and have been burned on a few occasions by different contracted professionals. So once I found a company like Flow Rite...I will be a customer for life.

  Always friendly and helpful. Gives us great advice and service. If they aren’t able to help they’ll put us in touch with someone who can. Had them do several jobs and they even helped out my neighbor. They have an awesome team and do a wonderful job!!
