  I was pleasantly surprised how professional, clean,and polite the Plumber was to me, and my family. We had a Plumber named Jesse come out,and he was great. He was very knowledgable, and very polite. He went the extra mile when he cleaned up behind himself. I would definitely recommend this company. (Ask for Jesse)!

  Had water puddles repeatedly appear in a couple of areas inside the house I rent. Plumber says the water pressure was too high and placed some instrument outdoors to reduce pressure. Now the water pressure inside sucks! I can't tell yet if the leaks have stopped, but I'm not happy with the drop in pressure which felt great when washing dishes or showering. Even the toilet flow has reduced. I know the plumber has to do what the landlord approves, but I live here and have to deal with that decision.

  I have a home warranty who placed a service request with flow masters for a slab leak. I called them 4 hours after the request went out to schedule it for this week as it’s actively leaking. The woman who answered the phone told me at 320pm everyone was gone for the day and that she’d have someone call me. I asked will they be calling me tomorrow then to schedule? She said she had no idea and intentionally hung up on me!! This place clearly doesn’t need business if they’re treating people like this. Wow extremely unprofessional
