  I called around 10am on a Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving and left a message to call me back. He called back around an hour later and was at my house about 2 hours after that. Great work fast service and an honest guy. I will recommend to anyone needing his services.

  Russell Flornoy and his man showed up on time, pumped my septic system, and only charged me the lower end of his telephone quote. My husband couldn’t be there and it was very nice to have someone that treats a woman with respect and does not try to gouge them. I would definitely recommend Mr. Flornoy and I will be using him for any future needs
