We had an ice maker malfunction and flood a portion of our lake house.  Floodserv responded immediately and had a team on site within an hour or so, and this house is a good thirty minutes from McAlester.  They had the water cleaned up baseboard out, holes drilled in the drywall, fans and dehumidifiers running within two hours of arrival.  I'm sure their quick and efficient action minimized the damage saving us inconvenience and repair expense.  The team was considerate, reassuring, knowledgeable, efficient and all together a pleasure to work with.  These folks are great at controlling and cleaning up the mess.  They don't do the repairs but they do provide referrals to other good companies that will.  If you have a disaster this is the company to call.
