  Never use Flo Rite. They were the company contracted by my homeowners insurance. Returning phone calls seems to be far too complicated for them. Hopefully their plumbers are better than their customer service people. After a full week of calling them, I finally was informed our claim was denied. The claim denial wasnt the problem, the lack of communication for it was. Stephanie, who runs the phone is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered, and clearly incompetent in her job. After speaking with her for the first and only time (after many attempts made by my husband) I was told to "never call her again", then hung up on. Moments later she called back with an apology as she tried to back peddle and excuse her poor customer service skills. I wil do everything in my power to have their contract terminated with my insurance company!
