  Don't let Jake do any work for you. At my house, he installed a boiler buddy & hooked the lines up opposite of how they should be. Paid him $1900. for the B.B. and the screw up. Had 2 professionals look at his job & both said was hooked up wrong. I paid someone else to correct it. Jake has not reimbursed me in full or part & will not acknowledge his mistake with an apology. DON'T HIRE JAKE After Jake did this job, I was not getting the proper heat that should have been. The windows were still frosting up and the temp didn't go up. After another company came in and fixed it right, everything is good. Jake had the supply and return put in backwards.

  Jake was super easy to communicate with, very responsive, and on time! He installed a new furnace and AC for less than anyone in the Dubuque area, and was very honest and up front. Would recommend him to anyone without a doubt!

  We were trying to come up with AC in our lake house for a long time . The place was already built and duct work was a major undertaking . Also limited space was a big deal for duct work and returns . Jake listened to us and we went with DUCTLESS multi split units . it was nearly the same money for conventional AC ducted system . He also was 2/3rds of the cost of Bomar and Top Notch . we used Lenox system with more inside units than Bomar offered for more money . The used 3 12000 btu indoor units and Fleege used 5 9000 units . gave me more versatility with inside units in every room . we can have bedroom at 73 and no air running anyplace else In the house . complete room zone heating and cooling for nearly the same cost as Conventional Heating and cooling units .. Also there is no NOISE from these units . like the air handler blast from our regular AC and Heating back in Chicago. THANKS JAKE FLEEGE
