  Roy has been my plumber for 2 years. My 21 year old water heater busted in January 2022. I immediately called Roy for his professional service , informative advice and estimate. He has excellent customer service, knowledgeable , professional , punctual, reliable and clean. Great job! I am a happy customer!

  Roy returned my call right away and set up a service call for this morning. Today my water faucet is already replaced. He even shortened the pipe and added insulation at no extra cost! Like the garden green color of the faucet. Will definitely call Flat rate for my next plumbing issues. Thanks!!!

  Amazing all around! I had a leak in my washroom and Roy replied immediately, and came out the next morning to fix it. He showed me what was wrong, what needed to be done and fixed everything promptly. Hus attention to detail.and customer service was beyond what I could ever ask for. He went above & beyond by even teaching me how to turn of my main water line. 10/10 would recommend !!! Such a great guy and kind spirit!!
