  Flansburg Construction just renovated our second floor hall bathroom and we could not be happier with the results! When setting out on this journey, we received three contractor estimates. Although they were all comparable in price, Dan's group was by far the most responsive and the most helpful. What set Flansburg Construction apart from the others initially was the fact they provide a designer. Bernadette was invaluable in the process. Once she had an idea of our style, she made product selection easy by narrowing down options for us and all the while maintaining our budget. Also, where other contractors required that we order and be responsible for all materials, Flansburg took responsibility for all, which was such a relief! Once construction was underway, everything went more smoothly than we could have expected. The workmanship exceeded our expectations and our project manager provided progress updates daily, in addition to letting us know what to expect the following day(s). He was also very responsive to us and was patient when explaining the work. Everyone associated with the project was kind, courteous and extremely neat. We highly recommend Flansburg Construction for any renovation needs and will call upon them again ourselves with any additional projects we may have in future.

  Flansburg Construction just completed a full renovation of our historic (1790s) home's kitchen. It involved having to rebuild the foundation beneath the kitchen as well as level the new floor, and add in all the fixtures, cabinets, new heating system, windows, door, etc., as well as design features. We absolutely love it! It is such a thrill to walk into our beautiful kitchen now! I'd like to especially mention the foreman, Dave, and designer, Bernadette, in their expert work. Everything was done as it was promised and with great care and pleasantness. Thank you, Flansburg Construction!

  We have used Flansburg Construction for every one of our big home projects. They did a total gut and remodel of our kitchen and our laundry room and recently added a beautiful screened-in porch to the back of our house. They are always courteous and their craftsmanship is stellar. We would highly recommend them if you are considering having work done in your home.
