My experience with “Fix it All” plumbing was great! The technician was prompt, clean and professional. I definitely would use them again. Also the office staff answered any questions I had and were very professional.

My Home Warranty Co. has sent Nick with Fix it All Plumbing to my house twice now for different plumbing issues.   My experience, both  times, was quick and easy, with no BS as I've had with some others that were sent in the past.  Not only were the problems fixed quickly but Nick also provided answers and advice for some plumbing questions I had.  Thanks again Nick.

Nick was very professional, neat and did outstanding work!  We had Fix It All Plumbing replace a leaking garbage disposal under our home warranty (FAHW), after we changed the previous plumber that tried to do unnecessary out-of-pocket work.  Nick explained the work to be done, quickly replaced the garbage disposal with a quality OEM unit, and cleaned up everything well before he left.  I would definitely use Fix It All for all of our future plumbing services.

TL; DR Big disappointment. Called for an appointment with this company for a broken toilet (leaking at base) and they said the earliest they had was a week later. They gave me a 4hr window: 10-2pm on a Tuesday. Took off from work and waited. At 1:50pm their plumber shows up, hands in his pocket. I show him the toilet and he looks at it then casually says he will need to come back because he didn’t have the part. I asked if he was coming back that day but he said that, no, it would have to be some other day. Asked if we could get a weekend appt or evening but he said they only work until 4pm, so they gave me another appt from 12p to 4pm. But then, he didn’t make the appointment: instead he showed up almost an hour after 4pm. definitely no way to treat customers, IMO.

IF YOU HAVE A HOME WARRANTY PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.
The ladies that answer the place seem very nice but whoever is running this place there scamming the people and the warranty place. i am amazed someone doesn't stop this.
they came out and gave an estimate and said it needs a whole new water heater. they said the warranty place will pay for it but there is (add on's) and Modification that the warranty place wont cover that come out of my pocket.   i said that fine until they said all together my part is $1100.
then they tell the home warranty what it needs and the warranty place pays for the water heater and labor to fix it all plumbing. My guess is minimum a  grand probably more the warranty cough up and then want me to pay up $1100.
i got a estimate for a great licensed plumber. He said the water heater which was a great he wanted to install and labor, valves and new hook up out the door price will be $1200.
so fix it all plumbing is just scamming the heck out of people and it really should stop.
I ended up calling the home warranty and let them know what is going and they said if i dont go with them they can buy out my claim on this matter.  I ended up doing this and they paid me $850.00.
so my net cost was $350 in stead of 1100 with fix it all plumbing and they didnt get a dime from the warranty company.
I hope you read this and take this advice.

My water heater is dripping, so I requested the service through the Home Warranty.  This company  replaced my water heater and left with all messed up garage floor.
Couple days later, things go even worse, the brand new water heater is broken just 5 days after the installation -- water is gushing out now.  My tenant called, but they refuse to talk to my tenant because my tenant is not the contract holder.  So I called and expressed the mold concern, the front desk lady who answered my phone said the mold will not happen for couple days and hang on my phone call.
They were hired by the Fidelity Home Warranty Company, and I do not have any experience to check before it happened. If you have other choices, DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!

Fix it all plumbing installed improper seals in my upstairs master bath and ended up flooding my kitchen.   They came back to my house and admitted wrongdoing and handed me a card for a flood mitigation company so I wouldn’t have to deal with mold spores.  When I asked them how they were going to take care of this issue they told me to pound sand.  Not a reputable company the owner Nicole is unreasonable and unprofessional.  I am in process of filing with the California State license Board and taking them to court.  Not a fun process for me or them they should’ve handled it professionally but chose this route.

Kitchen sink backup is now history! Thank you Nick!

This company is a fake. Their technicians are rude and disrespectful. They are called fix it all plumbing but they do not even fix toilets. Very disappointing. The owner should be ashamed of having such terrible supervisors, plumbing staff and management as a whole. They lack professionalism and do not care about their customers.
