If you're looking to install a new propane heater, then five star is definitely for you. Kevin and his crew installed my heater in just 2 days with a couple of follow-up adjustment visits. Not only that ,service after the sale was excellent. Kevin came out a couple of times on my request to answer questions and look over things with me. I cannot emphasize enough that if you're sure about propane, then this is the company to go with.

I can’t say enough good stuff about this company…I called about a hot water problem, and Kevin checked it and found an issue with my oil tank as well. He was totally honest, gave me a great price, and while doing the work, Kevin and his crew were totally professional, pleasant to deal with and timely. He went above and beyond when I had a totally unrelated issue on a Saturday and I called and he came on his one day off to help me for 6 hours until the problem was solved. I have recommended them to others and I myself, wouldn’t use anyone else for any HVAC problems I have!! 5 Star is the real deal!!!

We used 5 star mechanical for our local apartment complex and were charged thousands of dollars to repair a leak in the HVAC system that wasn't confirmed. No one was called and asked before this work took place and the charge for this work was very high. This seems like it could be a good company but unfortunately we will have to take our business elsewhere.

While we did get approval for the work from the maintenance person on site, we have implemented new processes to ensure all key decision managers are in the loop moving forward.
