  This place ROCKS in the free world and they can bring the heat. They were spot on in a timely fashion, professional and got er done with no upselling. I would give them more stars but they only let me use 5.

  Claimed they did a system diagnosis on our Hot water Heater, and gave a bogus reason for the pilot light going out to my wife. Charged an outrageous price. 5 days later the same thing. Called another service company who found a dangerous problem with our system. 2 problems fixed and a third. Will never use them again. If I jad a way to get my money back I would

  Original service call took several days. Then 2nd guy was sent out with no idea what 1st tech had already done. Finally they offered an outrageous estimate on a new system. Done with Fitzenrider!
